Refund Policy

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing before materials are unlocked or within 7 days of payment, whichever comes first, provided you have not downloaded more than the orientation packet.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of payment for partial consideration after orientation access. After 14 days, seats are generally non-refundable except where required by Korean consumer law.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds apply when no substantial course content was accessed. Partial refunds may be offered if only early modules were opened and a live office-hour slot was unused; the unused facilitation portion may be returned while consumed digital materials are deducted.

Non-refundable items

Custom Archive Atelier facilitation already delivered, completed live sessions, and third-party exam vouchers (if any are separately arranged) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@datanode-core.digital with your full name, purchase reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask clarifying questions.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within 10 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation

You may cancel future office-hour bookings without a seat refund if notice is given at least 24 hours ahead; the seat remains available for self-paced materials.

Exceptions

If materials are unavailable for more than 10 consecutive days due to an issue on our side, you may request a proportional credit or refund for the affected period. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.
