1. Acceptance

By browsing this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

3. Accounts and enrollment

Enrollment requests submitted through contact channels are offers to purchase educational access. We may accept, decline, or request clarification. You must provide accurate contact details and never submit real seed phrases through our forms or email.

4. Intellectual property

Course text, worksheets, branding, and site design are owned by Datanode Core or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal team learning. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials without written permission is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape at abusive rates, impersonate staff, or use materials to deceive others about custody practices. You remain solely responsible for how you apply any checklist in your own environment.

6. Third-party links

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Disclaimers

Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that exercises will prevent loss of assets, data, or access credentials. Custody decisions remain yours alone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Korea, Datanode Core and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of digital assets, arising from use of the site or courses. Aggregate liability for direct damages relating to a paid enrollment will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that enrollment in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Datanode Core against claims arising from your misuse of materials, violation of these terms, or disclosure of secrets contrary to our guidance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
